VietNote gồm ứng dụng cho macOS và Windows, tiện ích trình duyệt cho Chrome và Edge, và trang vietnote.vn. Trang này nói rõ VietNote thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng để làm gì, và bạn kiểm soát dữ liệu của mình ra sao. Trong trang này, “chúng tôi” là VietNote.

Khi bạn bấm bắt đầu một tính năng, VietNote gửi phần nội dung cần thiết tới đối tác xử lý giọng nói và AI (trực tiếp từ ứng dụng hoặc qua máy chủ của chúng tôi) để lấy kết quả về cho bạn:

Khi chép lời xong, file âm thanh và bản chép lời ở phía đối tác được xoá ngay. Chúng tôi chỉ lưu thời lượng để trừ phút, không lưu nội dung.

3. Tiện ích trình duyệt

Tiện ích VietNote dịch và lồng tiếng video trên YouTube, Facebook, Douyin, Bilibili, Coursera và Udemy. Tiện ích chỉ chạy trên các trang đó và chỉ làm việc cùng ứng dụng VietNote trên máy của bạn, sau khi bạn bấm Cho phép trong ứng dụng.

Việc dùng dữ liệu của tiện ích tuân theo Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Chrome Web Store (Chrome Web Store User Data Policy), gồm cả các yêu cầu về giới hạn sử dụng (Limited Use). Dữ liệu chỉ được dùng để cung cấp tính năng dịch và lồng tiếng mà bạn yêu cầu. Dữ liệu không được bán, không được dùng cho quảng cáo, và không được chuyển cho người khác, trừ đối tác xử lý ở mục 2.

4. Trang vietnote.vn

Trang không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay công cụ theo dõi. Trình duyệt của bạn lưu lựa chọn giao diện sáng hoặc tối, và bản nháp form góp ý khi bạn đang điền. Lượt tải ứng dụng chỉ được đếm theo hệ điều hành, không gắn với ai. Phông chữ của trang được tải từ một dịch vụ phông chữ bên ngoài.

5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu với các đối tác cần thiết để VietNote hoạt động: hạ tầng máy chủ và cơ sở dữ liệu, gửi email đăng nhập, xử lý giọng nói và AI, và cổng thanh toán. Các đối tác chỉ nhận phần dữ liệu cần cho việc của họ. Ngoài ra, chúng tôi chỉ cung cấp dữ liệu khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

6. Lưu giữ và xoá

Dữ liệu tài khoản được giữ khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Muốn xoá tài khoản, hãy gửi email tới support@vietnote.vn từ địa chỉ email đã đăng nhập. Chúng tôi xoá tài khoản cùng lịch sử sử dụng trong vòng 30 ngày. Thông tin đơn hàng có thể được giữ lâu hơn nếu pháp luật về kế toán yêu cầu.

Dữ liệu trên máy của bạn (bản ghi, ghi chú, cài đặt) bị xoá khi bạn xoá trong ứng dụng hoặc gỡ ứng dụng. Gỡ tiện ích sẽ xoá những gì tiện ích lưu trong trình duyệt.

7. Bảo mật

Mọi kết nối tới máy chủ VietNote đều được mã hoá (HTTPS). Thông tin đăng nhập trong ứng dụng được giữ trong kho bảo mật của hệ điều hành. Tiện ích chỉ kết nối được với ứng dụng khi bạn cho phép, và bạn có thể gỡ kết nối bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt của ứng dụng.

8. Trẻ em

VietNote không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

VietNote consists of a desktop app for macOS and Windows, a browser extension for Chrome and Edge, and the website vietnote.vn. This policy explains what data VietNote collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. “We” means VietNote.

When you start a feature, VietNote sends the content it needs to our speech and AI processing partners (directly from the app or through our servers) to return results to you:

Once transcription is done, the audio file and the transcript held by our partner are deleted right away. We keep only the duration, to deduct minutes, not the content.

3. Browser extension

The VietNote extension translates and dubs videos on YouTube, Facebook, Douyin, Bilibili, Coursera and Udemy. It runs only on those sites, and only works together with the VietNote app on your own computer, after you click Cho phép (Allow) in the app.

The use of information received by the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the translation and dubbing you request. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to others except the processing partners described in section 2.

4. The vietnote.vn website

The website uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice, and a draft of the feedback form while you fill it in. App downloads are counted per operating system only, not per person. The website’s fonts are loaded from an external font service.

5. Sharing

We share data only with partners needed to run VietNote: server and database hosting, sign-in email delivery, speech and AI processing, and payment processing. Each partner receives only the data it needs for its task. Otherwise, we disclose data only when required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account, email support@vietnote.vn from the address you sign in with. We delete the account and its usage history within 30 days. Order records may be kept longer where accounting law requires.

Data on your computer (transcripts, notes, settings) is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Removing the extension deletes what it stored in your browser.

7. Security

All connections to VietNote’s servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in credentials in the app are kept in your operating system’s secure storage. The extension can connect to the app only after you allow it, and you can disconnect it at any time in the app’s Settings.

8. Children

VietNote is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
